  • technical findings

  • TM44 report content

  • equipment damage

  • compliance outcomes
    must be directed to the assessor, not TM44.uk or Codeex Maintenance Ltd.

We may assist administratively, but we are not a party to the technical agreement between the assessor and the client.

This clause provides complete legal separation.
